2011 Jeep Liberty Jet

The 2011 Jeep Liberty Jet appearance package is available on Liberty Sport and Limited models.

Exterior features on the new Liberty Jet include 20-inch polished aluminum wheels fitted with P245/50R20 all-season tires; chrome lower fascia opening, body side moldings, license plate brow, roof rails and mirror caps; blacked-out headlamps; and unique ‘Jet’ badging. The new 2011 Liberty Jet is offered in four exterior colors: Bright Silver, Dark Charcoal, Brilliant Black and Blackberry.

Inside, the Jeep Liberty Jet edition boasts a 9-speaker premium audio system; a standard security system that includes supplemental side-curtain air bags and Park Sense rear park assist; available Dark Slate Gray leather seating with accent stitching; heated front seats, available with six-way power function for the driver and two-way for the passenger; leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls; and one-touch up/down power windows.

The Liberty Jet option package is available at a U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $1,495 on Liberty Sport models and $995 on Liberty Limited models.

2011 Jeep Liberty

2011, the Jeep Liberty is available in three models - Sport, Renegade and Limited. Renegade was introduced mid-way through the 2010 model year, and is equipped with features that position it between Sport and Limited with an emphasis on off-road equipment. Renegade boasts a premium, rugged appearance with standard class-leading capability features, including skid plates, tire pressure monitoring (TPM), Hill-start Assist (HSA) and Hill-decent Control (HDC), unique color fenders, fascia and headlamps. Inside, the Renegade includes a premium instrument panel with an electronic vehicle information center (EVIC) and a leather steering wheel with controls.

The Liberty's exterior takes on a rugged, classic Jeep look that captivates and broadens its consumer appeal. Inside the Jeep Liberty offers cargo and storage space, and seat comfort. Jeep's Sky Slider™ full-length open-canvas roof is an industry exclusive and gives the Liberty that 'have fun out there' open-air Jeep brand experience. 2011 Jeep JK-8 Independence

Jeep Scrambler CJ-8 from the 1980's, Mopar has designed a kit for do-it-yourselfers that converts a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited into a pickup truck. The bed length is 50 inches and the width between wheel wells is 44 inches. The team created body panels to cover the second-row entrance and removed all of the interior parts behind the front seats—transforming the vehicle into a two-seater with just enough room for gear inside, and a pickup style bed to be used for outside cargo.

The JK-8 drivetrain is fitted with a Mopar/Dynatrac ProRock 44 front axle and stock Dana 44 rear axle, both spun with 4.88 gears. Linking the axles to the frame is a 4.5-inch long-arm suspension kit and 37-inch BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2 tires make the connection to the ground. A fresh coat of yellow paint and Mopar's off-road bumpers for the front and rear were utilized along with a new fuel door and slush mats.

The JK-8 kit includes bed floor, inner/outer body panels, half hard top (works with Freedom Top panels), and a new bulkhead.

At the Moab Easter Jeep Safari, Venchurs introduced the first XPLORE Adventure Series Jeep Wrangler that will be auctioned in the fall. A portion of the profits will go to the National Park Foundation. The Wrangler gets a very special matte dark green paint and has been fitted with a full range of ARB and Mopar equipment. Select Jeep dealerships across the country will offer the XPLORE Adventure Series Jeeps. Buyers can choose from four packages that have varying levels of equipment and capability.

XPLORE Stage 1 Vehicle Packages have Katzkin leather interiors as a builder level for a broad range of options such as genuine Mopar Performance Parts and Accessories that were installed by the dealer. The XPLORE Stage 2 Vehicle Packages have Xplore/Method Racing aluminum wheels in black or machined-finish, Mopar cat-back exhaust, Bilstein 5100 Series shocks, and Xplore aluminum badges and floormats.

For some pretty serious stuff, XPLORE Stage 3 offers a set of BF Goodrich off-road tires, expedition quality ARB roof racks, rock-rails, roof-top tents, bumpers, tire carriers, Warn winches and IPF lighting. What makes it more awesome is that they can be bought as mix-and-match accessories. Those who buy an XPLORE Stage 2, 3 and built-to-order Stage 4 Jeep owners get a free, one-year annual pass to all national parks and other federal public lands. Easter Jeep Safari consists of trail rides, mostly day long trips, departing from Moab Utah throughout the 9 day long event. The official event is hosted by the Red Rock 4-Wheelers Inc. one of the the local four wheel drive clubs of Moab. Participants provide their own four wheel drive vehicle, take care of their own food and non-alcoholic beverages for the trip. Suggested essentials, beyond plenty of water, include sun protection, and layered clothing in case of changing weather circumstances that are always a possibility during the spring in southeastern Utah.

There is truly something for everyone here in Moab Utah. That is why it is referred to so often as the Mecca of 4wheeling! A few trails are nearly accessible for 2 wheel drive vehicles, while the most difficult runs require seriously modified vehicles - and even then, chances for breaks and body damage still exist. Be sure to check each year for the available run lineup, there are even some special options including overnight runs on the Hole in the Rock trail, and a "Ladies Only Run". In fact, there will be two Ladies Runs, an easier run for stock vehicles and less experienced drivers or those simply wanting to join in a scenic four wheel drive, and a 4+ run for women drivers looking for more of a hard core challenge!
